We do not collect payment card details. Programme fees are handled through bank transfer or payment methods agreed at the point of enrolment. We do not collect data relating to children under 18.

- Contractual necessity: When you enrol in a programme, we process your name and contact details to manage your enrolment and communicate about sessions.

- Legal compliance: We retain certain records to comply with Malaysian tax and administrative requirements.

- Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised after 26 months.
